The screening status page is your one stop shop for understanding why a person has not been set to cleared.
To access this part of a person’s profile, you’ll need to log in to your administrator dashboard. Once you’re logged in, go to the trainee list and find the person you’re looking for, or search their name in one of the search bars available. Click on their name. The first page you’ll see is their general details. On the left hand side of the page is the profile sub-menu. On this menu, click “Screening Status”. The following page will display.

From here, you will be able to determine what aspects of a person’s profile are resulting in their screening status displaying as Cleared, Pending, or Error.
This page also works as an overview for the rest of their screening data.
