As your three-month free trial progresses, you may be considering upgrading to our Culture and Compliance Plan. This guide will walk you through the steps to add your payment details within the admin dashboard and complete your upgrade seamlessly.
Step 1: Log in to Your Admin Dashboard
- Navigate to the Safe Ministry Check website found at safeministrycheck.com.au and click on the Sign In button at the top right hand corner of the webpage.
- Enter your credentials (email and password) to access your Safe Ministry Check Administration Portal.
Step 2: Access the Billing Section
- Once logged in, locate the navigation bar menu towards the top of the webpage.
- Click on “Subscription Details” from the “Settings” dropdown menu. This will direct you to the page where you can manage your subscription details.
Step 3: Add Your Payment Details
- In the billing section, you will see the details of your current trial plan.
- To upgrade, select “Add Payment Method” button, and then set up your preferred payment method — Credit Card, Direct Debit (incurs a processing fee of $2.50) or Manual Invoicing (incurs a processing fee of $5.50).
- Please note that you can set up Credit Card and Direct Debit via the Admin Portal, however, if you wish to set up manual invoicing, you will need to get in touch with our Finance Team at finance@safeministrycheck.com.au.
- Double-check the information to ensure it is accurate and complete before selecting “Save” and then selecting “Upgrade” under the Culture & Compliance plan.
